Customer Portal — Quick Start Guide
We have set up a Customer Portal just for you. From any device — phone, tablet, or computer — you can check on your jobs, review estimates, view invoices, and submit new service requests anytime, day or night.
Create Your Account
Open your browser and go to:
- Click "Sign In / Register" on the page.
- Enter the email address on file with us and click "Continue".
- Check your inbox for a magic link or one-time code and click it to log in. No password needed.
- You will land on your personal portal dashboard.
What You Can Do in the Portal
Submit a Service Request
Tap "Request New Service", describe what you need, choose your address, and pick a preferred date. We will review it and contact you to schedule.
View Your Work Orders
See all past and active jobs including current status (Scheduled, In Progress, Completed), the service address, and technician assigned.
Review and Approve Estimates
When we prepare a quote for you it will appear here. You can read through all the details, review payment terms, and approve or request changes right from your phone.
View Invoices
All your invoices are stored here. Check payment status (Paid, Unpaid, Partial) and view full invoice details at any time.
Logging Back In
Every time you visit the portal, simply enter your email and we will send you a new magic link — fast and secure with no passwords to remember.
